  1. Any      and all overages are billed at $120 per ton. Prices may vary and are      subject to change.
  2. We do      not provide service (pickup or delivery) on Saturday, Sundays and Holidays
  3. If you      are loading any of the following materials, DIRT, BRICK, CONCRETE,      ASPHALT, STONE, SLATE, or GRAVEL, you must load no more than quarter full      and we must be notified in advance. 

Terms and Conditions for Dumpster Rentals

Driveways and Parking Areas: Customer warrants that any access/location provided for Rent a roll off equipment t is sufficient to bear the weight of all equipment and vehicles required to perform the service. Rent a roll off LLC. shall not be responsible for any damage to pavement or accompanying sub-surface or any route reasonably necessary to perform the services herein contracted. In addition, to perform the services herein contracted Rent a roll off llc., shall not be responsible for any damage to lawns, fences or shrubbery. Customer assumes all liabilities for damage to pavement or roads, lawns, fences, mailboxes, septic’s and shrubbery.

Waste Material – Customer represents and warrants that the materials placed in the equipment shall be “waste material” as defined herein and shall contain no other substances. No hazardous materials & waste, no liquids and no animals. Latex paint can be taken if dried or dried with kitty litter. Any liquid paint will incur an surcharge of $250. Price includes (1) delivery, (1) pick up and (1) disposal. 12 yard dumpsters include 1 ton, 15 yard dumpsters include 1.5 tons, 20 yard dumpsters include 3 tons, and 30yd dumpsters include 4 tons and 40 yard dumpster include 4 tons . An additional charge of $120.00 per ton if the final weight goes OVER the allowed tonnage per container. Other charges may apply for weight overages and other charges may apply for dumpster exceeding rail top. Min $250.00 charge for loads needing manipulation, i.e. do not load above top. $125.00 for any cancellations done on same day of deliveries. Any change of location is $125.00 fee (after original drop). $125 trip charge for unserviceable conditions (not ready for pick-up, no room for drop off, container blocked / can’t pick up). The following items will incur an additional charge:  appliances that have or had Freon $50.00 per item, non-Freon appliances $20, tires will be charged $10.00 per tire $25 for tires with rims and TV’s $25. The container rental is for 3 days or 7 days as agreed upon at time of rental. Extra time is billed at $10 per day or $50 per week.

IMPORTANT: If loading dirt, concrete, gravel, tree stumps, or any heavy material in this box. It can only be filled one quarter full. Boxes filled more than one quarter full will have to be unloaded by the customer to the quarter full requirements before it can be hauled. Any fines due to overweight of this container will be paid for by the customer who leased the box from the hauler. Customer is liable for any and all damages to container, while the container is leased to them. By paying for our services, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this contract and terms and conditions of our services.
